Booking & Cancellation Policy 

BOOKING POLICY

We require a credit card on file for any services over $100 in total as well as any services that require a non-refundable deposit. Please understand it is to not only ensure your appointment accountability, but to also ensure that our stylists are paid for their time blocked. Deposits go towards the final sale of the service. 

CANCELLATIONS & TARDINESS 

We make every effort to remind you of your reservation prior to your scheduled date. Our text reminders come out when the service is booked, and then 48 hours before your appointment. We also will call you the day before your appointment if you do not confirm via e-mail or text message.  However, you must inform us if you are unable to keep your reservation by end of day the day before your scheduled time, 8PM Weekdays & 6PM Weekends. If you are unable to reach a live person please leave a voicemail. If you cancel or change your scheduled reservation without providing us this proper notice, you will be charged a late-notice cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled services. 

We ask that if you are running 5-10 minutes late that you call, and communicate with guest services to ensure your stylist is notified. Your appointment is subject to be reschedule at 15 minutes late, and a service charge of 50% will be charged in order for your stylist to be paid for their blocked time. 

 

“No­-Call No­-Show"

No-Call No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of services booked.

SERVICES REDO 

We stand behind our work to continually strive for the highest quality of service. If you are not satisfied with the end result; we ask for the opportunity to adjust any service to create your desired result with the original stylist. Most modifications needed, will be free of service charge. We ask if an adjustment is needed that it be scheduled within 7 days of your initial visit. We will not issue a refund.

Here at Invante, We pledge to do the very best we can while maintaining the integrity of your hair and keeping within our brand standard.  We encourage a free consultation prior to booking so we can discover all your hair needs and book the appropriate service and needed time. At our discretion, we reserve the right to reschedule an appointment or refuse service for improper action or language to our team or other guests.
